My journey
My journey began long before I became a coach
It was a story of the body A story of searching for truth A story of pain
I have always been drawn to movement
Sport wasn't a hobby — it was the air I breathed, my foundation, my support
Back problems, constant tension, headaches, diagnoses, limitations. The body that had always been my support suddenly became a source of pain, discomfort, and fatigue
At some point, life gave me a test that breaks many people
I began to study the body differently: attentively, consciously, respectfully. I worked on flexibility, breathing, strength, and mindful practices. I listened to what was happening inside and, step by step, brought my body back to life
Then I made a choice: not pills, not surgery, not giving up — but discipline, daily exercise, and deep work on myself
My body became lighter, calmer, more stable. With it came a sense of inner clarity—mature and genuine
Almost imperceptibly to those around me, but very noticeably to myself, my strength began to return
Studying Buddhism, Vedic philosophy, spiritual texts, and primary sources changed my view of the world. I realized that the body and mind cannot be separated. Discipline is not just about sports. It's about honesty. About state of mind. About the path. About the clarity that comes when you find inner peace
Another process was going on at the same time — an internal one
Each country added a layer of experience: difficulties, loneliness, a new culture, a new language, new meanings. And wherever I was, I returned to three things: movement, simplicity, purity. That's how I came to fruit-based nutrition, yoga, daily practice, strict discipline, and a gentle philosophy. To the understanding that the body can be light, the mind clear, and life honest
Moving to Poland, then to Canada, traveling around Asia and Europe — these were not just movements on a map
I started helping. First my friends. Then acquaintances. Then strangers. And at some point, I realized: this is my mission. To pass on what really works: Not theory — but lived experience. Not pretty phrases — but honest practice. Not motivation — but action. This is not a story of “how I became perfect.” This is a story of how I became honest — with myself, my body, and my life. And if you feel that your time for change has come — I am here to walk this path with you
Over time, people began to ask: How do you stick to your routine? How do you avoid breaking down? How do you train every day? How do you travel and stay in shape? How do you maintain your energy and calmness?
I don't stick to fixed prices. It's important to me that the payment reflects the real value of the experience gained, doesn't devalue my work, and doesn't cause internal pressure for the client. This format allows me to maintain balance, trust, and healthy interaction
