Live online FYSM practices
— Adjusting asanas and body position during class — Explaining mistakes and safe ways to do poses — Tips on breathing, range of motion, and stabilization — Picking asanas for specific goals: back, mobility, balance, strength
Body and technique correction
— The frequency of classes is selected individually — Recommended rhythm: every other day to daily — Standard class duration: 30–60 minutes — Practice is adapted to the current condition, rather than following a “rigid template”
Individual pace of practice
— Simple recommendations for recovery and routine — Light meals and basic principles of mindfulness — Breathing exercises and morning activities — Developing the habit of regular practice in life, not just in class
